Shipping

Orders are processed on business days. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.  

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The estimated amount of shipping fees for one bag are:

  • Free Shipping for a delivery in Lebanon.

  • €8 for a delivery in Spain.

  • €8 for a delivery in Portugal

  • €17 for a delivery in Canary and Balearic Islands.

  •  €12 for delivery to Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy

  •  €25 for a delivery to the UK

  • €25 for a delivery to the Rest of CE (Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden). 

  • €45 Rest of Europe (Belorussia, Bosnia, Croatia, Georgia, Island, Macedonia, Moldavia, Montenegro, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine).

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • €45 for shipping to the rest of the world.

Estimated delivery times:

  • ​Lebanon:  5-7 business days

  • Europe:  8-10 business days

  • Worldwide: 12-15  business days

Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the sale and holiday periods, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.

When placing your order, please ensure that the Billing and Shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Please note that KÈKA BRAND is not responsible for any incorrect address at checkout and any addition costs that arise out of this. 

International shipments are sent (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Any duties and taxes are the client's responsibility. KÈKA BRAND cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes.

In instances where the duties and taxes are refused, and the parcel is returned to KÈKA BRAND, a return shipping and tax fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

We recommend contacting local custom office to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge.
